VIRTALIS is poised to unveil Visionary Render 2 in the Digital Factory Hall of the Hannover Messe 2018, which this year runs from 23rd-27th April.
Virtalis’ booth is #K50 in Hall 6 and, as the Global Launch of Visionary Render 2, this is the first opportunity for engineers and industrialists to see the power of Visionary Render 2 for themselves.
Visionary Render demonstrated the power of Virtual Reality (VR) within engineering and manufacturing when it was launched just over four years ago and the Virtalis team is confident that Visionary Render 2 will deliver a leap forward just as significant as the original launch.
Virtalis VP Sales, Roger Turner explained: “We are giving delegates an opportunity to register for a scheduled half-hour appointment with our visualisation team during the Show. We will transform MCAD data in front of people’s eyes into a full VR model to demonstrate its astounding capabilities across the product lifecycle.
Like its predecessor, Visionary Render 2 enables the importation of giant data sets from diverse sources. Blue Chip Virtalis clients from around the world, such as Raytheon, BAE, Rolls-Royce and Siemens, have embedded Visionary Render into their business processes.
“VisRen2 is unique in that it acts as a platform linking both structured and unstructured data”, explained Andrew Connell, Virtalis Group CTO. “This means CAD PLM can be brought together with any mix of data from IoT, laser scans, point clouds and more.
“It’s rapid loading, real-time rendering and realistic 3D visuals allow it to act as a collaborative VR platform. Thanks to its mesh network, it can stream to a range of devices, including tablets, all while maintaining vital security and data integrity features. VisRen2 supports smarter decision-making, whether for a relatively straightforward VR design review or for a full Digital Twin.”
Visitors to the Virtalis Booth will be wowed by rear-projected VR displaying fully interactive, real-time Visionary Render 2 models. In addition, two separate HMD areas will demonstrate the power of collaborative VR, showing how teams can work together, using the virtual environment to improve understanding and deliver benefits across their business.
