Hide Helpers

Helpers and the Animation Sequencer Keyframe Visuals can be disabled to assist in freeing up resources, firstly the helpers can be affected via the Toolbox by going to the highlighted icon, by right clicking on this icon you can show the full list of options as shown below.

To disable the Keyframe Visuals go into your Settings (F6) then select the Animation Sequence option on the left. Once there go to the 3D View tab and untick the Enabled property, this will remove the red orbs denoting the keyframes, but leave the line that shows the animation path.
